FAQ

1. How far in advance should the Luxury Tents or Picnics be booked?

All rentals must be booked at least 14 days in advance. Any booking done after that timeline is not guaranteed to be personalized.

2. How far do you travel and is there an additional fee?

There is a 15 mile maximum that will be at no cost to the customer and anything over that is $20 per 20 additional miles. (1-15 miles free, 16-35 miles $20, 36-55 miles $40, etc.) (15 miles from Marietta, Ga.)

3. Is there a deposit and is it refundable?

There is a $100 deposit due at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded 7 business days after the event if there is no damage to the equipment used. The deposit is used to cover damage, time overages, or any additional cost that may occur during use of rentals. This can include parking or entry fee for venues used. Customer is responsible for all fees that take place in order to provide the service requested. The deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the event. 

4. When is payment due?

A refundable deposit is due to confirm date and time. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event and it is non refundable. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy to reschedule. Any cancellation within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a reschedule. All reschedules must take place within 60 days of the originally scheduled event. Reschedule is dependent on availability and is not guaranteed.
